Shipping policy

Order review and proof

We review personalization instructions and normally email the first layout proof within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. Production does not begin until the customer approves the proof.

Production time

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days after proof approval. Complex artwork, multiple engraving locations, sourcing delays, or requested proof changes may add 1–3 business days. If an item cannot be sourced within this timeframe, we will contact the customer before engraving and offer the choice to wait, select another fragrance, or receive a refund.

Transit time and charges

Available shipping methods, carrier transit estimates, and charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Transit time begins after production is complete. Tracking is emailed when the order ships. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping area

PerfumeEtch currently ships to addresses in the United States. Customers are responsible for entering a complete, accurate delivery address.
